Family Roofing began in the early 1950’s when my grandfather, Isaac Reid, and his brothers decided to create a home improvement business, specializing in roofing. By the mid 1960’s, my father, Hugh Reid, took over the business and developed new ways to do the work and accepted larger jobs. My father ran the business until the 1990’s, when he handed it onto my brother and me.
